Management

Why is it that management attracts so many Sociopaths, Psychopaths and Control Freaks. Over the years I have come into contact with these people on many occasions; sometimes they have made may life a living hell. I could name the companies that are run by these people, but for legal reasons I will keep my mouth shut. They have no people skills what so ever, and use their position to bully people into submission. If you ask people to do something in the right manner they are usually pleased to help. Tell someone to do something, and they will rebel causing all kinds of problems. I once worked for a large company in the mechanical industry and the service department was run by a Sociopath, he came from a German mother and an English father. This man had serious mental health problems, and because of his lack of people skills, the service department had a very large turn over of staff. He was the most ignorant person that I have ever met.
If management used a bit of Psychology, there would be less problems in the workplace. Which would be better for all concerned. This attitude of ruling with an iron fist never works, staff just get pissed of with the way that they are spoken to, and just walk out. Management must realize that without the staff, they don't have a business. A happy workforce is a productive workforce. Try this test and ask yourself, are the management of your company Sociopaths or Psychopaths, Control Freaks. If your answer is yes, get out of the company and leave them to rot.

LEGAL AID

Due to the governments austerity plans they are to reduce the legal aid bill. The true meaning of austerity is to reduce the availability of luxuries and consumer goods. In what way is this happening to the elite group of people that run our everyday lives. The reason that these people what to reduce the legal aid bill are two fold. (1) The greedy legal profession (£160,000 for just a few weeks work). (2) To keep these very lucrative jobs for the elite. For any working class person to get a good lawyer will be financially impossible in the future. Bit by bit these people are eating away at our living standards and filling there own pockets.
We pay our taxes to pay for services that these fat cats are destroying right in front of our faces, how dare they make cuts in how that money is spent. It was politicians that got us in the bloody mess in the first place. But alas the British people just sit back and take the constant bullshit day after day.  

Racism and Religion

We have Welch Nationalists, Scottish Nationalists, Irish Nationalist, but as soon as you admit to being an English Nationalist you are branded a racist. Why is that, what is wrong with ME wanting to presevse my culture and language. Over the last ten years I've seen my country sink into a minefield of bureaucratic madness due to decisions made by the EU. The only people interested in the European Court Of Human Rights is the lawyers, who make a lot of money due to the tax payer footing their massive fees. Then you have the barmy army of the politicly correct. Its a case of the lunatics running the asylum, When are the British people going to stand and fight against this madness. While writing this blog I am listening to the Vine show on the radio, its unbelievable that there are people in this country who support the latest story about the extremist Abu Qatada not being deported. Even the mighty BBC as said that he is not to be called an extremist but a radical because the word extremist implies a value of judgement. What a complete load of bullshit, if Hitler was still alive would we allow him to live in the U.K. because his life was in danger from the German people, give him benefits and put a roof over his head. I would be happy to let anybody live in this country as long as they lived within our culture, customs and laws. If that brands me as a racist then so be it.     

Dating Sites

Over the last five or six years I have been a member of various dating sites, looking for a soul mate or a long term relationship. I don't know what other people have experienced in their search for love because a lot of people will not admit to belonging to such sites. In my experienced they seem to be a waste of money, the free dating sites can be a nightmare due to some people having a CO.UK e-mail address and living in Ghana or Russia. You answer someone's e-mail thinking they are in the U.K and after a few ping-pong e-mails they always result in them asking you for money.
I have broken it down to this, 70% are scammers, 15% are people trying to win back a past lover/husband by making them think that they are moving on with their lives, 10% just want their faces on the internet. Which leaves just 5% looking for love. So for the money that some of these sites are charging its a money making racket preying on the lonely and genuine people. A lot of people are just separated and when you contact them and after a few e-mail they decide the they still love their x-lover. therefore wasting your time. I would like to know what other people have experienced on dating sites, does anybody find true love with their computer               

R.I.P. Broken Britain

You went soft on discipline, you went soft on immigration, you went soft on crime, parents were told " No you can't smack the kids ". Teachers were prevented from chastising kids in school. The police could'nt clip a troublemaker round the ear... kids had rights Blah Blah Blah, immigrants get priority !!!!!! Well done Britain, reap the seeds you sow, we have lost a whole generation. For decades various grovenments have ripped off the working class. The still get away with the age old battle tactic of divide and conquer, they get the working class to rip each other apart and continue to rule
